Break down technique:

Straighten legs, Point toes and flick off board to jump
Land with straight legs
Bend knees to absorb forces


Hitting the top, hitting the bottom,
Where to feel work (Quads and Calves)
Straighten legs → Lift heels → Bend knees → Heels down → Repeat
Go faster to start jumping
