Spinal Flexion – Standing Cat in Front

Springs:

BG 1G, KD 1Y with Long Box

Working on Spinal flexion to improve spinal mobility, and get nicely warmed up for class (or warmed down after).

Stand in front of the reformer, on the centre-aisle side of the foot bar.

Exhale while reaching down over the footbar and onto the carriage.  Gently push the carriage out a small amount.  Inhale, and come back up.

Repeat a few times.
