Trapezius – Standing Hands on Shoulder Shrugs
Warming Up the Shoulders, and demonstrating how to do the shrug movement, which is used in other exercises. Stand next to the reformer, placing the hands on the shoulders or by the sides. Raise and lower the shoulders slowly, without moving the elbow joints or changing arm angle. Repeat a few times.
Stretch – Standing Deep Breaths
Warmup Exercise Standing next to the reformer, arms by the sides. Inhale as you raise your arms up sideways until they are above your head. Go from flat footed to on your toes. Exhaling, return down to standing.
